A commitment to care and change for the better

The founding directors of Concordia Health have decades of experience in primary care, as service providers and as national leaders in service change. We launched Concordia Health to demonstrate that care can be delivered in new, more appropriate ways.

Concordia Health has been managing new and TUPE'd GP surgeries since 2006. We have built a portfolio of primary care experience via nurse led and doctor led care that now boasts an exceptional performance in public health, urgent care, and social marketing. We have evolved to deliver complementary services.

A portfolio of services

Ensuring we always offer proven expertise in each service we provide, we have developed a series of partnerships to deliver services in specialist outpatient clinics, remote diagnostics, dentistry, and health education. We are proud to have developed working partnerships in these fields. Since 2010, as part of Community Outpatients, we have been working in partnership with colleagues from Guys and St Thomas Acute Trust to deliver outpatient and elective service in ENT and dermatology. In 2011, we developed a partnership with remote based diagnostics experts to form cardio telemedicine and tele-dermatology services.

As a group, we continue to deliver services in new and exciting ways to make best use of the public purse whilst ensuring patients receive an excellent and convenient standard of care.
